1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |

1/2 | cup | orange juice | |

1/4 | cup | water | |

1/4 | cup | (4 tablespoons) melted butter | |

|||
1 | tablespoon | white vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
|

1/2 | cup | semisweet chocolate chips | |
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking oil.
Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, water, butter, vinegar and vanilla. Pour into flour mixture and stir just until flour is moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake 18 minutes, or until the top springs back when gently touched.
